60 night sleep trial: If you aren't completely satisfied after sleeping on your new mattress set for the required 14 days, you can exchange it for another mattress of equal or greater value (with the customer paying any price difference). A 10% handling fee plus a $125 delivery fee will be assessed on all comfort exchanges, one exchange only - no exceptions. One Comfort trial per mattress purchased. Comfort trial is for comfort and not for size exchanges. The Shifman 1893 Collection is a special order collection and is not eligible for return or exchange. Damaged and or soiled mattresses are not eligible for sleep trial or warranty exchange. Sleep trial valid on mattress purchases that include the purchase of a mattress protector, protectors must be shown on the same receipt as original mattress purchase. Mattress purchases without a mattress protector from OC Mattress do not qualify for sleep exchange. 

Orange County Mattress is not responsible for any property damage that may occur during delivery. Customer is responsible for preparing and clearing the delivery path / area prior to scheduled delivery.

Layaway/deposits: No deposit refunds, all deposits left on orders not completed within 90 days of purchase will turn into a store credit. Merchandise will be returned to stock and will not be held.

Purchased goods not delivered within 120 days will be returned to inventory. A store credit will be issued for the purchase amount of non-delivered goods, no refunds issued.

Special orders and custom sizes and specifications: Once a "special" order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. No exchanges.

Shipment time is estimated Orange County Mattress is not responsible for manufactured delays.

Floor models are sold "as is", no return, no exchange.

Accessories: No exchanges. Includes but not limited to adjustable bases, bed frames, pillows, protectors, sheets, comforters, parts and grounding products are final sale items.

Mattresses with bed bugs cannot be picked up under any circumstances under the free removal one for one policy. Law labels are required for exchanges and or warranties, no exceptions.

No refunds issued.
