Due to the personal nature of our products, Orange County Mattress does NOT offer refunds once product has been delivered. Exchanges only under our Sleep Trial policy.
Exchanges
60 Night Sleep Trial:: We are committed to your satisfaction. Nothing is more important to us than knowing that our customers are happy and have made a perfect selection of a new mattress. That's why we offer our 60 Night Sleep Trial. On any new mattress (clearance and floor models excluded) we give you 60 days to try out your new mattress to ensure your happiness.
If you aren't completely satisfied after sleeping on your new mattress set for the required 14 days, you can exchange it for another mattress of equal or greater value (with the customer paying any price difference). A 10% handling fee plus a $125 delivery fee will be assessed on all comfort exchanges, one exchange only - no exceptions. One Comfort trial per mattress purchased. Comfort trial is for comfort and not for size exchanges. The Shifman 1893 Collection is a special order collection and is not eligable for return or exchange.
1893 Collection exchanges: Each mattress in the Shifman 1893 Collection is individually commissioned and handcrafted specifically for its owner. Because these are special-order luxury sleep systems, they are not eligible for return or exchange.
Timeless Collection exchanges: Because the Shifman Timeless Collection is curated as a distinct luxury tier, any comfort exchange must remain within the Timeless Collection. Exchanges involving lower-priced models are not eligible for refunds or credits for the price difference.
No exchanges will be granted if the mattress has law tags removed, stains, damaged or missing parts.
We do not offer exchanges on adjustable bases, bed frames, protectors, pillows, sheets, and/or final sales items.
Exchanges are handled by the store where you purchased. If you purchased online, contact our customer service department at 714-586-8716 for assistance.
Time for Production
Please allow approximately 4–5 weeks for your Shifman mattress to be handcrafted to order. Each piece is individually built using traditional techniques, premium natural materials, and an uncompromising attention to detail reflective of Shifman’s heritage of luxury craftsmanship.
Deposit Refunds
All deposits left on orders not completed within 90 days of purchase will turn into store credit. Merchandise will be returned to stock and will not be held.
Manufacturing Defects
If you feel your purchase has a manufacturing defect please contact Orange County Mattress customer service department so we can contact the manufacturer on your behalf. Based on the product you purchased and its warranty we will give you further instructions on how to proceed. Each manufacturer handles warranties in slightly different manners. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
