Shipping & Delivery

At OC Mattress, we strive to make your delivery experience as seamless as possible. We offer professional delivery, room-of-choice setup, and old mattress removal for your convenience.

Local Delivery (California Only)

We offer local delivery services to Orange County and many other surrounding areas.

  • Free Delivery: Included on all orders over $599.
  • Standard Delivery Fee: A $150 fee applies to purchases under $599.
  • Delivery Timing:
  • In-stock items: Same-day or next-day delivery.
  • Out-of-stock items: 1–3 weeks.
  • Setup: Our professionally trained team will deliver and set up your new mattress foundation, bed frame and or adjustable base in the room of your choice.
  • Arrival Updates: Our team will provide a courtesy call 15–30 minutes prior to arrival. An adult must be present to sign for the delivery.

Old Mattress Removal

We are happy to haul away your old mattress and foundation for disposal.

  • Requirements: Removal must be requested at the time of purchase.
  • Important Note: Our team is only able to remove mattresses and foundations. We cannot remove old bed frames, headboards, or other furniture items. Mattresses and foundations damp or containing bed bugs CAN NOT be disposed of.

Non-Local Deliveries

For deliveries outside of our local radius, rates are calculated based on your distance from our store (not by the weight of your items).
